Firstly a big thank you for your kind words, support, patience and understanding in these unprecedented times. They are very much appreciated.
All departures up to the end of June have now been cancelled and our offices remain closed in accordance with Government guidelines. When we re-open we will contact all passengers in chronological order to arrange a transfer/credit note/refund as required. Should you have a specific enquiry please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours. We thank you for your continued understanding and patience and hope that you remain safe and well.
We understand this is frustrating for everyone, but the important message from us is to understand that any monies paid towards your bookings is safe and is protected by our BCH (Bonded Coach Holiday) Bond Scheme. For more information about BCH click here to see their website.
This is an unprecedented time for all of us, and one that we have never faced before in society or in the travel industry. We are therefore working with various trade associations including BCH and the government (through the treasury) to discuss what happens moving forward.
