Many thanks for your continued messages and words of support, and the patience and understanding of many of you in these unprecedented times. it is all very much appreciated. To those of you who have happily accepted our BCH backed credit notes or transferred to a 2021 holiday we say a GREAT BIG THANK YOU!
We are delighted to announce that the excellent Tynedale Hotel at Llandudo is reopening on 15 August, with a reduced number of guests to ensure that it keeps everyone Covid safe and we are currently contacting those clients who are booked on this holiday, to collect the balance of their monies. If you do not have a reservation for this seven day holiday but would like to join us, please contact us as soon as possible.
From week commencing Monday 6 July we are staffing our Pontefract office from 0930 to 1330 Monday to Friday to take incoming telephone calls for new bookings and take debit card payments. If we are all busy on calls your call will be diverted to an answer machine; please leave your contact details and a brief message and we will call you back as soon as we are able. If you wish to cancel a forthcoming holiday please advise by email (email@example.com) or by letter to our Pontefract office as soon as possible.
We have recently installed air purifiers in our coaches and have drawn up revised and enhanced cleaning procedures including the ‘fogging’ of our vehicles with an antiviral/antibacterial solution.
Please do remember the important message that any monies paid towards your bookings remains safe and is protected by our BCH (Bonded Coach Holiday) Bond. For more information about BCH click here to see their website.
